At Intelligent Hand Dryers, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your unit is not the perfect fit for your home or commercial space, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Secure Packaging

  Ensure the hand dryer is placed in its original packaging with all mounting hardware, manuals, and internal protection to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the unit's condition, we will process your refund or ship your replacement unit within 3-5 business days.
